Return & Refund Policy

Introduction
This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed for orders placed through the Site. By purchasing Product, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns on items once they have been used. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results within 30 days of the date of purchase, email us at support@yardigarden.com and we will issue a full refund, even if the product has been opened or used. You do not need to return the product. This guarantee is offered in addition to the Returns section above and is limited to one refund per customer.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
