I love this plant food, my monstera really loves it

well, I just got the product. It’ll take some time to see how my Monstera reacts to the plant food but everything looks good. Nice big bottle. Great delivery time.

So far so good. A few fertilizings in and an my monsteras and pothos seem happy. Easy to use, just pump accordingly to water can size.

I’ve been using this fertilizer on my tropical houseplants and really like how easy it is to work into my regular watering routine. The 3-1-2 formula is geared toward leafy plants like monsteras, philodendrons, and pothos, which is exactly the kind of plants I’m growing. I will update this review if I notice any major changes in my plants over the coming weeks, but the initial out of box quality is very good.

I’m obsessed with monsteras because they’re so easy to grow, and they’re one of the prettiest indoor plants, especially with those gorgeous fenestrations. I had no idea that getting those big, glossy leaves like you see in the mall also meant giving them plant food! I love how easy this is to use. It only takes 1 quart of water and 1–2 pumps, so there’s really not much to it. I’m excited to see how much more my monsteras grow and how shiny the leaves get. I also have Thai Constellation monsteras that I’m using this on, especially since I have a few leaves starting to brown. Hopefully this gives them the extra boost they need!

I like that this product is diluted enough to use by a pump measure instead of getting out a measuring spoon. A lot of my other fertilizers require their own measuring scoops which is kind of a pain (it's hard to store measuring spoons with bottles). A pump dose is faster, less messy and finicky and the dosing measure is built right in.

I wasn't familiar with the brand, so I looked up YARDi. The product appears made by Athena Ag, Inc., which is a Sacramento based company that primarily sells professional products and YARDi is a consumer line.

While the product states it's for Monsteras, it's a general foliage-plant fertilizer and can be used on many houseplants like pothos and philodendrons. There's really nothing unique to Monstera plants. The label provides a dosage but just states "reapply as needed" without much instruction for what's needed.

At the current price, it's more expensive than concentrated products but also far easier to use so part of the price is for the convenience. There's also less risk of fertilizer burn compared to more concentrated formulas.

Overall, a great product with some extra convenience.

I have a lot of indoor plants that I take care of. I am hoping that this can become a good addition to my already large stockpile of fertilizers and plant treatments. The ingredients look good and seems to be a proper mix for a lot of indoor plants so it will be good for monsteras but also other plants as well. All in all, this is a good value for the money, love it that it comes with its own pump, should last a while and I am excited to try it. I will report back if anything seems off or if it does not work as intended.

I was so excited to see this company offer a monstera fertilizer. I love the monstera plant so giving them the food they need is a priority for me. They love this fertilizer; I saw new growth and height just days after I used this fertilizer. It is only a couple pumps of product for a quart of water, so this nice sized bottle will last a long time, offering an excellent value.
